Help with tracing an old friend

I am trying to trace an old friend and the only chance I have is a contact I had who lives in a privately owned estate in Rickmasworth. I last visited it 10 years ago and cannot remember where it is. It is surrounded by a high wall and has a lake in it. The owners were from Kuwait. If anyone can tell me the location I would be very grateful. Thanks Anna
