Self Defence

I am looking for a local Martial Arts or Self Defence class near my home in central Rickmansworth. Can anyone please help?

    I train in aikido/self defence in Rickmansworth at the royal masonic on Mon/Wed nights at 19:30

    Its a really great way to get fit and learn a self defence especially against knife attacks etc, beginners are always welcome.
